Our esteemed team of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians are an integral part of our operation. New Pacific Aircraft Maintenance Technicians receive a competitive health care package (medical/dental/vision), life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with both Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificates also enjoy:

New Pacific Aircraft Maintenance Technicians must meet all minimum qualifications on the job posting including the following:

  • Must possess a current FAA mechanic certificate with either an Airframe or Powerplant (A&P) rating; preference goes to candidates who have both ratings.
  • Must have a minimum of one years’ aircraft maintenance experience; demonstrated mechanical knowledge of Boeing aircraft or similar aircraft is highly desired.
  • Must be able to effectively troubleshoot aircraft systems.
  • Must be able to work all shifts, to include overnight.
  • nationally without restrictions.

Following a successful pre-employment drug screening and background check, New Pacific Airlines Aircraft Maintenance Technicians will take part in initial training, covering topics such as human factors, safety protocols, and internal processes and procedures. After releasing the new Technician to the Maintenance floor, they will have the opportunity to receive more training in-house to increase their skill set and earn extra pay for their enhanced knowledge. Additionally, team members may be selected for training facilitated by a third party based on the needs of the organization, and with recommendation from Maintenance Leads, Supervisors and/or senior leadership.
